Applications and Theory of Petri Nets and Concurrency
Call for Participation Petri nets 2019 PDF
Aachen, Germany, June 23-28, 2019
This year’s Petri net conference will take place in Aachen, Germany. For 40 years, this conference has been the main event to exchange ideas on Petri nets and other models of concurrency. This year’s conference is special because of the co-location with two other conferences (ACSD 2019 and ICPM 2019) and a special event on Friday June 28 to celebrate the rich 40-year history of the conference. The distinguished Carl Adam Petri (CAP) lecture will be given by Luca Cardelli and there will be invited talks by Dirk Fahland and Philippas Tsigas (shared with ACSD).
You can now register for Petri nets 2019 via Registration Petri Nets 2019 (the early bird rate ends on May 1st, so register asap).
The conference will take place in the conference area of the Tivoli football stadium close to the city center of Aachen. This beautiful venue will provide a unique atmosphere with great views and excellent conference facilities. In the same week, also the International Conference on Process Mining (ICPM 2019) and the 19th International Conference on Application of Concurrency to System Design (ACSD 2019) will take place. Attendees can also join the Petri Net Course, the International Workshop on Petri Nets and Software Engineering, the Algorithms & Theories for the Analysis of Event Data (ATAED 2019) workshop, the tutorial on Model Checking for Petri Nets – From Algorithms to Technology by Karsten Wolf and the tutorial on Model-based Software Engineering for/with Petri Nets by Ekkart Kindler.
Note that papers can still be submitted to the two workshops until March 30th! It is also possible to submit your tool demonstration for Petri Nets/ACSD 2019.
ICPM 2019, Petri nets 2019, and ACSD 2019 are supported by Celonis, Deloitte, ProcessGold, SAP, myInvenio, Fluxicon, Everflow, Minit, PuzzleData, PAFnow, Software AG, StereoLOGIC, BrightCape, Logpickr, Mehrwerk, QPR, KPMG, LanaLabs, Wintec, RWTH, Fraunhofer FIT, Gartner, AvH, DFG, Springer, IEEE, and many more organizations.
